Apex performs PCBA project management, design, documentation and artwork generation by using the latest software technologies to produce the highest quality products. Our Project Managers and Engineers are experts in Protel DXP, Power PCB, PADS for PCBA layout.

Our engineers can perform board layout from the customer's schematic and will perform a Design For Manufacturing (DFM), Design For Test (DFT) and cost reduction review. We can also modify any existing drawing to customer specification with proper documentation.

RoHS Information

Environmental Laws restrict the use of certain hazardous substances. "RoHS: Compliant" addresses the laws transposed from the European Union directive 2002/95/EC known as the RoHS Directive.The RoHS Compliance of any product so designated is based upon evidence from the producer (manufacturer) that the part number is in compliance with the RoHS Directive. Electronics has taken all reasonable steps to confirm producers' statements and other evidence regarding the absence of the restricted substances to support the manufacturers' claim of compliance. For reference, in compliance with RoHS (EU Directive 2002/95/EC) the maximum concentration values of the restricted substances by weight in any homogenous materials are:

● Cadmium/Cadmium Compounds 0.01% ● Hexavalent Chromium/ Hexavalent Chromium Compounds 0.10% ● Lead/Lead Compounds 0.10% ● Mercury/Mercury Compounds 0.10%

● Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs) 0.10% ● Polybrominated Biphenylethers (PBDEs)0.10%

We would use RoHS parts according to customer's requirement and could supply SGS Test Reports for each component on the board if customer require. This information is valid only on shipments of the product made directly by APEX Electronic Limited.

APEX has the capability for full lead-free manufacturing and offers support services to assist our customers in their transition to RoHS compliant products.

To us, there is nothing called small order. We understand that quite often the speed and the accuracy of the PCB prototype is the key of how far you are ahead from others and how fast your products could be on the shelf in the market place. This is why we always take care of your prototype job the way just like we take care of the volume production.

In many cases, we work with customers to save their PCB tooling (NRE) cost if we know it could turn into production. We also provide our consultation to our customers if required to make the volume production built in most efficient way in term of time and money cost.
